A single collector's figure in 1:35 scale from the workshop of the maker BlackSnake Model. It is cast from fine modeling resin with sharp detail on the equipment and a natural pose. This is not a model of equipment but one figure for a Vietnam diorama or a jungle scene.
The figure represents a member of the American special unit MACV-SOG (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group), which during the Vietnam War carried out covert deep operations. The figure carries light field equipment and weapons matching service in the terrain of Southeast Asia.
Wash the residues of mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off and sand the surfaces. Fill the gaps and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a base and paint the uniform with acrylic or oil and a wash into the folds, and the face and the hands with layered skin shades. Sand with respiratory protection.
