The kit in 1:35 scale represents the Russian heavy infantry fighting vehicle T-15 Armata with the factory identification Object 149. It is an injection-molded plastic model to be assembled and painted.
The T-15 Armata is a heavy infantry fighting vehicle developed on the universal tracked Armata platform, which it shares with the T-14 tank. Unlike classic infantry fighting vehicles, the engine is placed at the front, which raises the protection of the crew and of the squad carried. The public saw the vehicle for the first time in 2015 at the rehearsals for the Victory Day parade. The remotely controlled turret carries a 30 mm cannon, a coaxial machine gun and anti-tank guided missiles.
On military vehicles, assemble and fit the running gear and the interior before the hull is closed. Bond the plastic with thin cement and sand the joints down. For patina use washes and pigments; mud and dust effects on the running gear bring the vehicle to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
