Trumpeter German Zerstörer Z-37 1943 1:700 is a detailed plastic kit of the German destroyer of the Second World War with a choice of a full hull as well as a waterline.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German destroyer Z-37 as she was in 1943, in 1:700 scale from the manufacturer Trumpeter. The model can be built with a full hull on a stand or in the version at the level of the water. The package holds photo-etched parts, decals and a base with a nameplate; the exact part counts are given by the instructions.
Z-37 belonged to the German destroyers of Type 1936A, nicknamed for their massive gun armament. These ships carried guns of 150 mm caliber and served on escort, minelaying and patrol duty during the Second World War. In design they followed on from the older types, with an improved forward gun turret.
Before you close the hull up, decide on a full hull or a waterline. Glue the fine photo-etched railings and the yardarms of the masts with super glue. We recommend a primer, an airbrush for the period German gray and for shading the deck surfaces, then accenting the panels with a wash and a matte varnish. Cut the small parts away carefully, straight from the sprue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
