Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American A-7B Corsair II carrier attack aircraft in 1:72 scale from Hobby Boss. It is a detailed model with richly broken-down parts, finely engraved panel lines, a cockpit, a clear canopy and external stores. Check the exact contents of the box and the number of parts in the enclosed instructions.
The LTV A-7 Corsair II was an American single-seat subsonic attack aircraft derived from the F-8 Crusader fighter. The A-7B version served with the carrier aviation of the US Navy and was intended for precision strikes against ground targets with a heavy load of bombs and rockets. The Corsair II was one of the first combat aircraft with a head-up display (HUD) and was deployed, among other places, during the Vietnam War. It was powered by a turbofan without an afterburner.
Glue the parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic, and the fine and clear parts preferably with cyanoacrylate. Paint the cockpit and the instrument panel and add the detail before closing the fuselage; the canopy can be protected with a mask while spraying. Fit the bombs, rockets and tanks only after the airframe has been painted. Use a primer base, airbrush the paints and bring out the panel lines with a light wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
