Aero L-60/L-60S Brigadyr canopy mask 1:72 (MH models)

A self-adhesive masking set from the manufacturer MH models intended for models of the Aero L-60 and L-60S Brigadyr in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit or airframe parts: it is a set of precisely cut masks that cover the clear areas of the canopy and leave only the frames exposed. After spraying, sharp and straight framing lines are created without laborious taping up by hand.

The real subject

The Aero L-60 Brigadyr is a Czechoslovak multi-purpose high-wing monoplane with short take-off and landing performance, from the 1950s. It served for liaison and observation tasks, in agriculture, for towing gliders and for training parachutists. Characteristic is the glazed cabin with a good view, whose division is crucial for a faithful model.

Use

• Lift the masks off the sheet carefully, ideally with pointed tweezers or a knife.
• Stick them onto clean, degreased glazing and press them carefully against the edges of the frames.
• First spray the color of the inner frame, then the final outer shade.
• Remove the mask while the paint is fresh, so that the finish is not torn away.

Who it is for

• Modelers who want clean canopy framing without lengthy masking with tape.
• Builders with an airbrush, and for brush painting too.
• Anyone who values saved time and a repeatably accurate result.

The set contains masks only; paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
