The Arado Ar 234C spray mask 1:72 from Art Scale: a single-sided self-adhesive Express mask for a clean spray job on the cockpit glazing and the wheels of models of the German jet aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of accurately shaped self-adhesive masks for 1:72 models of the German Arado Ar 234C jet aircraft. These are single-sided Express masks cut from quality masking film (of the kabuki type) that cover the outer surfaces of the cockpit glazing and the landing gear wheels. It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory for easy masking; the parts are marked with numbers for quick application.
The Arado Ar 234 was the first operationally deployed jet bomber and reconnaissance aircraft in the world. The Ar 234C version differed from the twin-engine series in being powered by four jet engines. Its characteristic fully glazed nose gives the model a striking look and makes masking a more demanding task, which this set simplifies.
Degrease the glazing and apply the masks exactly along the engraved frames. Spray the paint in thin coats so that it does not seep under the edges of the complex glazed nose. Lift the masks while the paint has only just set. The wheel masks allow a crisp transition between hub and tire.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
