Belgian Lockheed C-130H Hercules stenciling is a universal sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the brand Model Maker. It is neither a kit nor the scheme of a particular machine - according to the name it is a generic set of technical stencils, that is, of the small warning, service and maintenance legends that repeat all over the airframe of a real aircraft.
The Lockheed C-130H Hercules is a four-engined turboprop transport aircraft with a high-set wing and a rear cargo ramp. The Belgian Air Force operated this type for a number of years to carry both cargo and passengers. The airframe is large and single-colored, so it is precisely a dense net of small legends that gives a model in 1:72 scale its credibility of scale.
Technical stencils are applied only after the large markings, so that they do not cross the national insignia and codes. Divide the work into stages by the individual parts of the airframe and let the area dry after each stage, because a freshly laid decal is easily shifted by a sleeve or a finger. Carry small decals with flat-jawed tweezers or a moistened pointed brush and ease the position over while there is still water under them. Blot the surplus water away with the edge of a paper towel. Once the whole model has dried, the unifying overcoat comes up, and only after it the patina.
The decals are an accessory for a model. The model, the paints and the varnishes are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
