This accessory set in 3D printed resin replaces the plastic exhaust stacks on a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 110 in the F and G versions in 1:72 scale. Even in the small scale the parts have defined openings and finning, which bring the engine nacelles to life. The exhausts are designed for the Bf 110 kit from Eduard.
The Bf 110 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter and night fighter. Its Daimler-Benz inverted V12 engines took the exhaust gases away through a set of short exhaust pipes along the sides of the nacelles, which are among the most striking details of the upper part of the aircraft.
Separate the exhausts from the print supports, clean them up and wash them. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. A dark metal base with rust and burnt shades over it, plus fine pigments, will give the exhausts a convincing look.
This is an accessory, not a whole model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
