This 3D-printed set from Eduard is not a model in its own right but a detail accessory. It replaces the forward machine gun and cannon barrels in the nose of a model of the twin-engined Bf-110E heavy fighter in 1:72 scale with faithful printed parts with hollow muzzles and accurate proportions.
Gun barrels are among the elements that come out of plastic either too thick or with a solid muzzle. The printed replacement brings fine, sharp detail to the nose, which is clearly noticeable in the small 1:72 scale and raises the realism of the whole model.
Separate the small parts carefully from the print supports; given their small size, work over a board and with tweezers. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). You will bring out the metallic look of the guns with a dark steel color and by polishing gently with graphite.
This is an accessory set, not a model of an aircraft. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
