The package holds gray and clear sprues and a decal sheet with several schemes of American military and civil operators, including aircraft flying for contractor companies.
The CASA C-212 Aviocar is a Spanish twin-engine turboprop aircraft with a high-mounted wing and a rear cargo ramp, adapted for short takeoff and landing from unpaved surfaces as well. It serves to carry cargo and people, for paratroop drops and for other tasks. In American colors it was operated under the C-41A designation by the army and by civil organizations.
A short-run mold calls for cleaning the parts up and dry fitting them. Use thin cement on the plastic and finish the cockpit and the interior before you close the fuselage. Mask the extensive glazing before spraying, and on the striking civil schemes with white areas a good filler primer and an airbrush pay off.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
