The FC-1/JF-17 is a single-engine supersonic fighter developed by Chinese and Pakistani industry as a low-cost replacement for older types. It carries a mix of heat-seeking and guided missiles, has modern avionics and has become the backbone of the Pakistani fighter force. The design puts the emphasis on versatility – air combat as well as attack on ground targets.
Finish and paint the cockpit and the landing gear bays before you close the fuselage. Spray the base over a primer; for modern single-tone as well as multi-tone gray schemes an airbrush and thinned paints work well. Pick out the panel lines with a thin wash, lay the decals over a gloss varnish so that they do not silver, and tie the surface together at the end with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
