Responsibility details are not available.
A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the maker HAD Models. It is not a kit but an accessory to a built model of the Lisunov Li-2 aircraft. The decals make it possible to finish the machine in the attractive civil scheme of the Hungarian airline Malév with the registration HA-LIX.
The Lisunov Li-2 was the Soviet license-built version of the American transport aircraft Douglas DC-3 (C-47). It was a twin-engine piston low-wing monoplane with a semi-retractable tailwheel landing gear, which became the backbone of civil as well as military transport in the Eastern bloc. The particular machine HA-LIX is among the historic aircraft still flying today and is known for its period livery.
For a clean result, work on a gloss varnished base. Soak the decal briefly, slide it into place and press it gently down; blot the excess water away. A decal softener will help it settle around the rivets and panel lines. At the end, varnish the surface according to the degree of sheen you want.
This is a decal set, not a model. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
