Responsibility details are not available.
Self-adhesive masks from the maker Montex, cut precisely for the kit of the DHC-1 Chipmunk trainer in the T.10 version in 1:72 scale. The Chipmunk has a long richly framed canopy over its tandem cabin, which in a small scale is almost impossible to outline cleanly without masks - this set will manage the work for you.
The DHC-1 Chipmunk was the first design of the Canadian firm de Havilland Canada's own after the Second World War. The two-seat all-metal low-wing monoplane with a Gipsy Major inline engine proved to be an exceptionally successful elementary trainer: it combined pleasant flying qualities with enough bite to test pupils honestly. The T.10 version served from the end of the 1940s with the Royal Air Force, where thousands of pilots went through their basic training on it. A whole range of machines fly to this day in the hands of private owners and historic flights.
Degrease the canopy and seat the individual pieces of the masks along the framing with tweezers. Press the edges down carefully so that the paint is not drawn underneath, spray light layers and take the masks off soon after it has dried. If you apply the interior color first, the frames will look faithful from inside the cabin.
This is a modeling accessory - the kit of the aircraft itself is not included in the package.
