Resin antennas and details F-102A Delta Dagger 1:72 from Aires/Quickboost. A detailed replacement for the antennas and small items of the airframe for a more accurate model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the aircraft aftermarket maker Aires/Quickboost is a resin replacement for the antennas and small airframe details of a model of the F-102A Delta Dagger interceptor in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane kit but a detail accessory that replaces or completes the fine items that are hard to render in injection-molded plastic. Exact antennas and small details raise the accuracy of the surface of a model.
The Convair F-102A Delta Dagger was an American supersonic interceptor of the Cold War with a characteristic delta wing. On the airframe it carried a number of antennas and small projections connected with its equipment, which are clearly visible on a model.
First wash the resin parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks carefully and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend fitting the small antennas at the end of the build so that they do not get damaged while you handle the model.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
