This set from the resin Brassin line by the Czech manufacturer Eduard contains the engine exhaust nozzle for the F-16CJ Block 50 fighter, cast in high detail and complemented by fine photo-etched rings for the combustion chamber. It is not a model of an aircraft, but a detail accessory for improving one.
The resin nozzle is designed as a direct replacement for the plastic nozzle from a base kit and offers a more faithful rendering of the inner and outer nozzle petals. The photo-etched rings fill in the detail of the rear of the engine. The set is intended for models of F-16CJ Block 50 fighters in 1:72 scale.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts. Cut off the casting blocks with a saw and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). It is worth treating the nozzle with a filler primer before painting and shading the metal surfaces.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without glue or paints.
