It is not an airplane model but a detail accessory for more experienced modelers, replacing the simplified plastic parts with a sharper casting.
The Northrop F-5A Freedom Fighter was an American light supersonic fighter powered by two jet engines. It was designed as an inexpensive and easily maintained aircraft and became the backbone of the fighter force in many countries. It was notable for its slim fuselage and good flying qualities.
First wash the castings in lukewarm soapy water to remove mold release residue from the mold. Cut the casting blocks off with a sharp saw or knife and sand the cut surfaces with your airways protected. Bond the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate), not with ordinary plastic cement. Try the fit dry before painting, as resin may call for a little clean-up.
The set is supplied as a resin part, unassembled and unpainted. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for a plastic kit. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
