A resin detail set from Quickboost with separately cast horizontal tail surfaces for a model of the American Grumman F6F Hellcat carrier-based fighter in 1:72 scale. The separate parts let you set the tail surfaces in the position you choose and have a fine surface texture. It is an accessory for a kit, not an airplane model in itself.
The Grumman F6F Hellcat was an American carrier-based fighter of the Second World War with a radial engine, flown above all in the Pacific. The horizontal tail surfaces are a prominent feature of the rear of the aircraft and casting them separately gives more freedom during the build.
Wash the parts to remove the release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Check the correct angle and the symmetry of both surfaces before fitting them.
The kit itself and glue are not included in the package.
