An injection-molded plastic kit of the American transport aircraft Fairchild HC-123B Provider in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Roden. The set offers a well-detailed cockpit with an instrument panel, clear parts and waterslide decals.
The Provider was an American tactical transport aircraft with a high-mounted wing and a rear cargo ramp, adapted for operating from short and unpaved strips. The HC-123B version was fitted with search radar and served on search and rescue duties. Its rugged structure and its ability to carry bulky loads made it a versatile machine.
We recommend liquid cement for plastic and careful cleaning up of the fuselage and wing joints. Finish and paint the cockpit before you close up the fuselage. A smooth gloss clear coat suits the decals, and a matte coat over them will unify the surface. The large areas are painted well with an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
