A set of waterslide decals, Fokker D.VII, part 1, in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, including two sheets of period lozenge camouflage, for builders of the German First World War fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, the first part of the series devoted to the German Fokker D.VII fighter biplane of the First World War. The package also holds two sheets of printed lozenge camouflage. It serves as an alternative or a supplement to the kit decals; the airplane model itself has to be bought separately.
The Fokker D.VII was a German single-seat fighter biplane from the end of the First World War, regarded as one of the best fighters of its day. It was marked by good handling at high altitude and by its reliability. The wing and fuselage covering was often printed with a multicolored camouflage of polygons, the so-called lozenge pattern.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering. Lay the lozenge sheets onto the covered surfaces so that the patterns line up; dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water and slide it off the backing once it has softened. We recommend using a decal softener and finally sealing the surface with a matte varnish.
This is a set of waterslide decals, not an airplane model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
