This is a resin detail set from Aires, not an aircraft model. The set contains castings of the period onboard radio equipment used in German aircraft of the Second World War. It serves to detail the interior of the fuselage or the space behind the pilot on aircraft kits in 1:72 scale.
Onboard radio sets were standard equipment on the military aircraft of the day and provided both communication and navigation. On German machines of the Second World War they were as a rule installed behind the pilot's cockpit. It is historical technical equipment.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks carefully and sand the fine parts with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The instrument boxes come into their own once the base shades are applied and a fine wash picks out the edges and the details.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
