Resin gun barrels and a pitot tube for the Il-2 Shturmovik in 1:72 scale from Quickboost. Faithful detail of the armament and the airspeed probe; this is not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. Finely cast in resin, the set replaces the barrels of the wing weapons and the pitot tube (airspeed probe) of the Soviet Ilyushin Il-2 Shturmovik attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. The weapon muzzles are drilled out and thin-walled and the tube is perfectly straight, so there is no laborious drilling and straightening of the plastic parts from the box.
The barrels on the wing leading edge and the pitot tube are small but conspicuous features, which in plastic kits tend to be thick, blanked or easily bent. The resin castings offer sharp open muzzles and an accurate, straight shape, so that the armament and the silhouette of the heavily armored Shturmovik look faithful and technical.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
