This is an accessory for detailing the cockpit, not a model. The embossed color decal brings a three-dimensional structure and faithful colors to the instrument panels, the side consoles and the harnesses, which are hard to achieve by hand in the small scale. The set is tuned to the plastic Kawasaki T-4 kit from Hasegawa in 1:72 scale and replaces painting as well as photo-etched parts.
The Kawasaki T-4 is a Japanese jet trainer used by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force for advanced training. The aircraft, with two stations in tandem, is also known as the mount of the Blue Impulse display team. A faithful interior in the two-seat cockpit brings even a small model to life considerably.
The parts are cut from the sheet, moistened and transferred onto the surfaces like a wet decal. The embossed layer conforms to the shapes and, once dry, can be sealed with matte varnish. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
