This resin detail set holds a faithfully rendered cockpit for the Aero L-29 Delfin in 1:72 scale. As a rule it takes in the cockpit tub, the instrument panel, the side consoles, the seat and the controls. It is not an airplane kit but an accessory that will replace the simplified interior from the plastic kit.
The Aero L-29 Delfin is a Czechoslovak jet trainer from the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. It became the standard basic jet trainer of a number of Eastern Bloc states and was renowned for a simple, sturdy structure and undemanding operation.
Wash the parts free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks carefully and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. Use cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) for bonding. The interior comes into its own once it is painted, the edges are drybrushed and the instruments are picked out lightly.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin accessory for the kit. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
