A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. This finely cast resin set replaces the air intakes of the British Avro Lancaster heavy bomber in 1:72 scale. The Lancaster was one of the most important four-engine bombers of the Second World War and was powered by four Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engines. The part is intended for more experienced modelers who work with resin.
The air intakes under the engine nacelles are clearly noticeable on the wing and how they are made completes the technical look of the machine. The resin castings offer crisper edges and a more faithful rendering, with the inlets realistically hollowed, which the simplified plastic from the box mostly lacks. Once fitted and painted, the engine nacelles look natural.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
