It depicts the on-board boarding ladder of the modern Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II fighter in the A/B/C version, in the retracted (closed) state. The set is intended for modelers who want to build the aircraft with a faithfully shaped retracted ladder.
It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory. The finely cast part replaces the simplified solution from the base kit and copies the closed cover of the boarding ladder exactly. It suits an aircraft shown in flight or ready to taxi.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut it off the casting block and glue it on with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Level the mating surface by sanding if needed (protect your airways) and use a primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
