This resin set brings 3D printed replacement wheels in 1:72 scale with realistically sagged, flattened tires for the M1296 Stryker Dragoon wheeled armored vehicle. It is not a kit of the vehicle but a detail accessory with which you replace the perfectly round plastic wheels from the basic kit.
Real tires flatten slightly at the ground under the weight of the vehicle. Sagged wheels imitate this effect faithfully and give the finished model the impression of real weight resting on the ground. Thanks to 3D printing the detail of the tread and the sidewalls is sharp even in the small 1:72 scale.
Wash the print resin residue off the wheels and separate them carefully from the print supports. Sand the contact surfaces with respiratory protection and glue them on with cyanoacrylate glue. When gluing them, mind the correct rotation of the flattened part toward the ground.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
