A resin accessory set in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker Black Dog. It is not a model of the tank but a set of loaded materiel and field equipment to bring a finished IBG Models kit of the Italian M13/40 medium tank to life. The parts are cast in resin with fine detail.
Baggage, boxes, tarpaulins and gear placed on the hull and the turret give a model a lived-in, desert-service look. The set comes into its own in a diorama with a North African theme. The exact make-up differs between batches, so take the contents as typical cargo equipment.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them (with respiratory protection). Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer and finish the desert patina with washes, pigments and dust effects.
This is an accessory set, not a separate model. The IBG Models base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
