Painting templates for the landing gear bays of a model of the McDonnell F-4 Phantom II jet combat aircraft in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The F-4 Phantom II is a two-seat jet combat aircraft of American design and one of the most widespread machines of the Cold War. It served with the US Air Force and with the US Navy and in a number of other countries, in many versions and over decades. For a fighter it has large landing gear bays and on a model they are clearly visible, so it pays to give them care.
Painting templates for the landing gear bays of a model in 1:72 scale. The inside of a bay tends to be in a markedly different shade from the surrounding surfaces, and once the top color gets into it, it is hard to put right. With a template the coat is divided into two separate stages and the edge around the opening comes out crisply.
For the modeler who builds the Phantom in 1:72 scale and does not want to cover the bays with paper and adhesive tape. The Phantom appeared in many versions and from several kit makers, so check in the instructions or on the box which kit the set is cut for.
The kit, the paints and the glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
