The accessory collection MH-53J big set in 1:72 scale from Black Dog brings together a larger range of detail for a model of this heavy special forces helicopter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This collection deals with several areas of the model at once, as the designation big set in the name suggests. It is bought alongside a plastic kit of the heavy helicopter and is meant for builders who do not want to assemble the result from several small purchases but to have the items they need together from the start of the build.
The MH-53J helicopter came about as a specialized tool for carrying small groups over a long distance and picking them up again. Equipment for flight at low altitude in darkness made it a machine that got where others could not. Its appearance follows from that: an angular nose with sensors, sturdy landing gear sponsons and a series of bulges that are hard to reproduce on a model without accessories.
Before you reach for the glue, go through the whole collection and assign the items to places on the kit. That saves searching during the work, when it tends to be too late to reconsider anything. Finish the parts that will be covered over first and leave the surface items until the end, so that they do not get broken during handling.
The buyer secures the helicopter kit and the paints themselves.
