A resin detail accessory for models of the MiG-17F Fresco fighter in 1:72 scale. This is not a kit, but replacement barrels of the aircraft cannon cast in resin with a fine finish that replaces the simplified parts from the box.
The MiG-17F was a Soviet subsonic fighter aircraft of the 1950s, the direct successor of the MiG-15, used by a number of countries. Its fixed armament of cannon mounted under the nose is among the striking details on which more accurate barrels show to good effect on a model.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and clean them up with respiratory protection. The resin barrels are small, so work calmly and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bring out the muzzles with a dark shade and a light touch of metallic paint.
This is an accessory, not an airplane model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
