Special Hobby 1:72 Mirage F.1 Duo Pack and Book is a set of two plastic kits of the French fighter Mirage F.1 accompanied by a specialist book publication.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Duo Pack set from the maker Special Hobby in 1:72 scale holds two complete plastic kits of the French fighter aircraft Dassault Mirage F.1 at once - the single-seat as well as the two-seat version. Resin and photo-etched parts for raising the detail and a specialist book publication devoted to the Mirage F.1 type round the package off. The decals offer several markings for both versions.
The Dassault Mirage F.1 was a French single-engine fighter aircraft with a swept wing. It replaced the older delta layout and stood out for its good takeoff qualities and range. It served with the French Air Force as well as with a number of export users and was committed in many conflicts.
Short-run kits call for more careful fitting and cleaning up of the parts. Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. For period camouflage an airbrush is suitable; a gloss varnish under the decals will secure a clean transition without silvering.
The models are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories beyond the contents of the package are not included, unless stated otherwise.
