The Academy P-51D Mustang in 1:72 scale is a plastic kit of the legendary American long-range fighter of the Second World War. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from the manufacturer Academy captures the North American P-51D Mustang, one of the best known American single-seat fighters of the Second World War. The P-51D version is marked out by its bubble canopy with excellent visibility and by six 12.7 mm machine guns in the wings. Thanks to its long range it escorted bomber formations deep over enemy territory.
The model is molded in gray plastic with raised as well as engraved surface detail and comes with clear canopy parts. The assembly calls for a model cement for plastic, and the package holds neither paints nor glue. A decal sheet for finishing it in the color option of your choice is included. Please check the exact part count and the range of color schemes against the particular package.
This is a rewarding model suited to slightly advanced as well as experienced modelers interested in Second World War aircraft. Once finished it makes a striking item in a collection of fighters in a single 1:72 scale.
Paints, glue and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
