Peten in Israeli Air Force colors 1:72 is a decal sheet for models of the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter in Israeli service.
Responsibility details are not available.
This decal sheet from Armycast brings the markings of the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter in Israeli service, where the machine carries the name Peten. These are waterslide decals on a thin carrier film, completed with color instructions showing the camouflage schemes. It is not a model and not a photo-etched set but a set of markings for finishing a kit that has already been built.
The AH-64 Apache is an American two-seat attack helicopter with antitank guided missiles, a cannon and unguided rockets. In the Israeli Air Force it serves as the Peten and has been committed to combat repeatedly; the machines carried various shades of desert and gray camouflage as well as bold unit markings. The sheet covers several particular aircraft from Israeli squadrons.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat so that no silvering edges appear under the film. A softening and setting solution helps; once dry, go over them with a flat or semi-gloss varnish. Work with a sharp scalpel and clean water and separate the individual designs only just before applying them.
The decals are an accessory for a model. The helicopter itself, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
