It is neither a vehicle model nor a figure but small accessories with which a finished model, a display cabinet or a diorama of the Second World War is equipped. The manufacturer also makes the same subject in larger scales, so a version can be chosen to match the vehicle on the bench.
Mines of this type were part of the ordinary equipment of engineer units, so they suit the load areas of vehicles, boxes and transport containers, engineer figures or loose terrain in a scene. In 1:72 scale these are very small parts that give a diorama credibility of scale without the labor of making your own copies.
Separate the parts with a sharp modeling knife or a fine saw and level the marks left after the cut with fine-grit abrasive paper. Before painting it pays to lay down a light coat of base color, which objects this small take a shade on better. Cyanoacrylate glue holds on resin as well as on plastic, and is therefore more reliable on miniature parts than thin cement for plastic. Once painted, a fine wash helps bring out the shape, along with a discreet layer of dust pigments, which visually ties the accessory to its base.
