1:72 Saab J-39 C/D Gripen Hungarian Air Force, Tigermeet

1:72 Saab J-39 C/D Gripen Hungarian Air Force, Tigermeet (HAD models, 1:72 scale)

A set of water-slide decals in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer HAD models for the Saab JAS-39 C/D Gripen fighter of the Hungarian Air Force in the striking coloring of the international NATO Tiger Meet exercise. The sheet is intended for application to plastic models of this type in the given scale; the model itself is not included in the package.

The real subject

The Saab JAS-39 Gripen is a Swedish light multirole fighter. The Hungarian Air Force operates both the single-seat (C) and the two-seat (D) versions. The special coloring for the Tiger Meet exercise, which brings together squadrons with a tiger emblem, is among the most attractive schemes for collectors.

Use

• unify the surface under a decal with gloss clear, so that no silvering occurs
• dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water and slide it onto the model
• on the large tiger motifs use a softener and fix them with a final clear

Who the set is for

For modelers of the Gripen in 1:72 scale who want to build a striking Hungarian machine in the Tiger Meet coloring.

This is a separate decal set; the plastic model, paints and clear are not included in the package.
