Injection-molded plastic kit of the Scottish Aviation Bulldog trainer in 1:72 scale from Kovozavody Prostejov. This edition focuses on machines in Swedish service, where the aircraft carried the designation Sk 61. The box contains plastic parts, a clear cockpit part, decals and instructions.
The Bulldog is a single-engined low-wing monoplane with a piston engine created as a basic and continuation trainer. Besides the Royal Air Force a number of other users flew it; in Sweden it served under the designation Sk 61 to train pilots and as a liaison machine. The two-seat side-by-side cockpit made training with an instructor easier.
We recommend dry fitting the parts, gluing with liquid cement for plastic and a filler primer before painting. Mask the cockpit glazing carefully and apply the decals over a glossy surface. Swedish schemes are usually striking, so careful work with the colors pays off.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
