Soviet medium tank T-28, 1:72 (Zvezda) is an injection-molded plastic kit of the prewar Soviet three-turret tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit captures the Soviet T-28 medium tank in 1:72 scale. It is a newer tooling with legible detail and the characteristic trio of turrets. The size of the model is a rewarding one for collectors of interwar and early war hardware as well as for dioramas.
The T-28 was a Soviet multi-turret medium tank taken into service with the Red Army in 1933. It was built at the Kirov works in Leningrad until 1940. Its typical feature was three rotating turrets: the main one with a 76 mm gun and two smaller machine gun turrets. The tank was committed during the Soviet-Finnish war and in the first months of the fighting in 1941.
First assemble and fit the running gear and the turrets, and only then close up the hull. Use liquid cement for plastic on the plastic and a fine airbrush with a good primer. Protective green suits the Soviet look, and you then bring it to life with dark washes in the recesses and dust pigments on the chassis.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
