Tempest/Typhoon wheels, early type 1:72 from CMK are resin replacement wheels with weighted tires for models of the Hawker Typhoon and the early Tempest.

This is a resin accessory, not a kit. The set contains finely detailed main wheels with the tire deformation under the weight of the aircraft suggested (weighted tires) and is intended for models of the Hawker Typhoon and the early versions of the Tempest. The resin castings bring sharper detail of the tread and the hub than the plastic parts.
The Hawker Typhoon and its development successor the Tempest were British fighter and fighter-bomber aircraft of the Second World War with the Napier Sabre engine, deployed above all against ground targets and over Western Europe.
Wash the wheels free of mold release agent and cut them from the casting blocks. Glue them with cyanoacrylate (superglue). Orient the flattening of the tire perpendicular to the ground. Paint the hubs and the tires separately, or use masking. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
