A set of aircraft bombs for models of American aircraft in 1:72 scale. An accessory for external stores, and the manufacturer's description states the exact composition.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings aircraft bombs for models of American aircraft in 1:72 scale. Armament supplied separately lets you load the racks with more sharply shaped bombs and unify the look of the external stores across a whole collection. The exact number of pieces and the types of bomb are stated in the manufacturer's description on the box.
Wash and degrease the parts before gluing. Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the traces of manufacture down with fine abrasive paper, so that the shapes of the fins are preserved. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts, and you will find the particular procedure in the manufacturer's instructions. Dry fit the position of the bombs before gluing: the bombs should hang straight, in one plane and with even spacing, because otherwise the eye notices it immediately on a finished model.
The safest course is to paint the bombs separately from the model and to fit them only at the end, after the lower surfaces are finished. Choose the shades and any bands according to the particular machine and period you are building. A thin wash brings out the colored bands and the edges of the fins, while overdone grime would rather swamp the detail in this scale.
The set suits modelers who build American aircraft in 1:72 scale and want external stores of the same quality on all their models. It will also serve in scenes of an aircraft being prepared for flight, where the bombs lie on a trolley beside it. Paints and glue are not part of the delivery, and the scope of the delivery corresponds to what is stated for this item.
