A detailed injection-molded kit of the American heavy mine-protected Buffalo 6x6 vehicle in the A1 version (Mine Protected Clearance Vehicle) in 1:72 scale. The finely shaped plastic parts are completed by photo-etch, which captures the complex armored structure of the vehicle and its characteristically rugged shapes.
The Buffalo is an American wheeled vehicle with reinforced V-shaped armor that protects the crew from the blast of mines and improvised devices. It is marked by a controlled manipulator arm with cameras and sensors, with which the crew safely identifies and clears charges from inside the vehicle. The US Army has used Buffalo vehicles since the middle of the last decade, above all in mine clearance units.
Deal with the running gear and the interior before you close the hull. Glue the plastic with thin cement and the photo-etch with cyanoacrylate glue. A primer coat and an airbrush are recommended; sand and dust shades, mud effects on the chassis and a light wash to bring out the armor seams and rivets will give a realistic look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
