The model captures the RISE version with passive armor, it has semi-articulated tracks, a 105 mm gun and a heavy machine gun, and it offers decals for several options.
The M60 was an American main battle tank developed at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s, and in many upgrades it served for decades. The abbreviation RISE stands for a program of reliability improvements, and the M60A1 version carried a 105 mm gun. Marine Corps tanks in this configuration left a strong mark on the fighting in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm at the beginning of the 1990s.
Glue the parts with thin plastic cement and take your time over the semi-articulated tracks. Lay down a primer before painting; an airbrush makes an even base coat easier. The desert look is well served by light washes, dust pigments and fine chipping on the edges.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
