This set is NOT a kit but painting covers by the Czech maker Peewit. It serves to cover the landing gear (wheel) bays perfectly while a model of the American Vultee P-66 Vanguard fighter in 1:72 scale is painted. The covers sit exactly in the openings of the bays and keep overspray off their inner surfaces and their surroundings.
The Vultee P-66 Vanguard was an American single-seat fighter from the beginning of the Second World War. Most of the machines went to the Republic of China Air Force, where they fought against Japanese air attacks; a smaller number served for training in the United States.
For modelers who want a clean division between the airframe color and the inner surfaces of the landing gear bays and who want to spare themselves the touching up afterwards.
Paints are not included in the package. Put the covers into clean, degreased bays.
