An injection-molded plastic kit of the Henschel Hs 123A-1 (late) in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer ICM — the German ground-attack biplane of the Second World War in its late form.
Responsibility details are not available.
A large injection-molded plastic kit of the German ground-attack biplane Henschel Hs 123A-1 in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer ICM, in the late configuration of the Second World War period. Unlike the edition aimed at the Condor Legion of the Spanish Civil War, this version captures machines deployed during the Second World War on the European battlefields. The model offers a richly subdivided surface, a detailed cockpit and a radial engine. Check the exact package contents and the number of schemes against the enclosed instructions.
The Henschel Hs 123 was a German single-engine ground-attack biplane with fixed landing gear and a radial engine, intended for dive bombing and direct support of ground troops. Although it was a design already out of date, it proved itself by its resistance to fire and its ability to operate from field airstrips. During the Second World War it was deployed in the campaigns into Poland, France and the Balkans and on the Eastern Front, and it lasted in service surprisingly long.
Bond the parts with thin cement for plastic and sand the joints carefully. On a biplane, pay attention to the correct setting of the flying surfaces and to the rigging — the struts and wires between the wings complete the character of the model (tensioning thread can be added). Paint the cockpit interior before closing the fuselage. After the gloss coat and the decals, bring the panel lines out with a wash and add dust, mud and service effects matching frontline deployment.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
