ANZAC Infantry 1915 1:35 is a plastic figure set from ICM with four soldiers of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic set in 1:35 scale holds four figures of infantrymen of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) of 1915. A separate sprue of period gear, weapons and accessories comes with the figures, so the set drops easily into a First World War scene.
The abbreviation ANZAC stood for the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, whose soldiers won their fame in 1915 above all in the landing and the fighting on the Gallipoli peninsula. They wore the distinctive broad-brimmed hats and British field gear. Their service in difficult terrain and heat is among the iconic episodes of the First World War.
The figures come in several main parts; clean up the joints and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. We recommend a base of primer and spraying with an airbrush, then finishing the faces and the gear with a brush. Keep the uniforms in khaki and sand shades and the leather straps in brown, and bring the scene to life with a light wash and dust pigments.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
