A set of injection-molded plastic figures of Austro-Hungarian infantry of 1914 in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian brand ICM. The box contains four soldier figures in combat poses with the period armament and kit of the start of the First World War. The figures have finely worked uniforms and they suit enlivening dioramas from the opening period of the Great War.
The Austro-Hungarian army entered the First World War in 1914 in the field uniforms of the day, with characteristic kit, pouches and rifles. The set captures infantrymen in action. The model serves as a factual historical and diorama rendering of period soldiers, without evaluative intent.
Separate the parts from the sprues carefully, clean up the mold seams and glue them with modeling cement for plastic. Apply primer before painting; paint and shade the uniforms with highlights and shadows, and work the faces with the technique of successive layers. Pick out the kit and the webbing with a dry brush, and a fine wash will add the weathering. The set can be complemented with period accessories and terrain.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
