An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM. The set combines a model of the Kozak-2 wheeled armored personnel carrier with figures of soldiers and of unmanned aerial vehicle operators. The theme refers to combat operations in eastern Ukraine in 2022. The model is built from polystyrene and offers decals for this particular version.
The Kozak-2 is a Ukrainian wheeled armored personnel carrier with a tough body and a high chassis, used to carry a crew in threatened areas. The figure set captures the equipment and armament typical of this period. The whole is treated factually as a scene from training and preparation before an action.
Finish the chassis and the interior first, and only then close the body up. It suits the vehicle to be evened out with a single base color and then brought out with dust and mud effects using washes and pigments. Paint the figures separately, and work the faces and the equipment up with fine shades.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
