Chernobyl No. 3: Rubble cleaners (1:35, ICM) is a plastic set of five figures of liquidators from the setting of the Chernobyl accident.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from ICM holds five figures of liquidators, the rubble cleaners, from the themed range devoted to the Chernobyl accident. The figures come as a kit, in work clothing and protective suits and with the matching tools.
The Chernobyl range from ICM recalls the events around the accident at the nuclear power plant in 1986 and the deployment of thousands of people in clearing up its aftermath. This third set concentrates on clearing rubble and contaminated material. The figures suit specific dioramas on the theme of the 1980s and of civilian or rescue equipment.
We would suggest thin cement for plastic and careful cleanup of the seams. Prime the figures before painting. The work overalls and protective suits come out best with layering of the shades, a light wash and dust and dirt suggested with dry pigments.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
