An unassembled plastic kit of the Soviet Moskvitch-401-420 passenger car with a closed four-door sedan body in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian maker ICM. The box contains injection-molded plastic parts, clear parts for the glazing and decals for several color schemes.
The Moskvitch-401-420 was a Soviet passenger car of the postwar era with a closed four-door body, which was among the most numerous cars in its class. It was built from the second half of the 1940s and served as a family and a service car alike.
On a passenger car it is the smooth painted surfaces that stand out, so careful sanding, a good primer and a gloss coat pay off. Use thin plastic cement, and glue the glazing with an adhesive for clear parts. The chrome elements can be picked out with a suitable paint or with foil.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
