Soviet T-64AV MOD 1984 1:35 is a plastic kit of the Soviet main battle tank from Trumpeter.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet main battle tank T-64AV in the MOD 1984 version in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter. The model captures the version fitted with reactive armor, which is what the V in the designation stands for.
The T-64 was created in Kharkiv as a new-generation tank and brought a number of innovations, above all the autoloader for the 125 mm gun, which did away with the need for a loader. The T-64AV MOD 1984 version carries blocks of explosive reactive armor on the turret and the hull, which raise its resistance to shaped-charge ammunition.
We recommend placing the blocks of reactive armor carefully according to the instructions and fine-tuning the running gear. Use liquid cement on the plastic, treat the surface with a primer and lay the colors on with an airbrush. The Soviet green comes to life with edge highlighting and a dusty patina in pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
