Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 that captures the American twin-engine attack aircraft Douglas A-26 / B-26 Invader in the -50 production series. The kit from ICM is a modern mold with fine engraved surface detail and a detailed cockpit interior. The model is built from sprues, glued and painted.
The Douglas Invader was a fast twin-engine attack bomber deployed at the end of the Second World War, later redesignated from A-26 to B-26 and widely used in the Korean War as well. It stood out for its high speed, a large bomb bay and variable armament in the nose. It served for decades and became one of the most notable American attack machines of the postwar era.
First finish and paint the cockpit and the bomb bay before you close the fuselage. Mask the cockpit, spray a primer as a base and airbrush natural metal or camouflage. Apply the decals over a gloss coat and take the sheen down to suit the look you want.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
